Kataifi Nests with Mascarpone Cream

A light and crispy dessert where kataifi is shaped into nest-like cups, baked, then filled with strawberry-infused mascarpone cream.

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss kataifi with melted butter and press into greased muffin tin cups.
  2. Bake for 8–15 minutes until crispy and golden. Let cool.
  3. Prepare the syrup by boiling sugar, water, honey, and lemon juice. Let cool.
  4. Pour cooled syrup over kataifi nests and allow them to absorb.
  5. Whip mascarpone with heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberry powder until thick. Fill kataifi nests and garnish with pistachios.
